Colour Trend : Colour block
Sorry, this trend doesn’t mean we are going to start playing with Lego… (although it may require dark sunglasses). Colour blocking is one of the hottest trends this summer, and lucky for all of us, it is one that we can ALL wear (if we want to, that is). Basically you get the brightest colour you can find, and then clash it with the second-brightest colour you can find… and so on!

Colour Trend : Stripes
Usually, it rarely happens that the trends are similar when it comes to fashion for women and men. Similarities will always be small, but usually they are separate entities. Fashion designers prepared a surprise for. They continue to promote horizontal stripes, but they reinvented them. It is no longer just the marine blue stripes, this time it’s a game of color and size. Strong and vivid colors this season are celebrated. Whether it’s for blouses, shirts, jackets and other clothing, stripes should not miss from your wardrobe.
Colour Trend : Dots
I’ve always had a soft spot for polka dots, because not only polka dots are fun, feminine and whimsical, but there is also something Oh, so classic and 50’s glam about them. Whether it is a flirty dotted dress, playful print pumps or sexy bikini. I take’em all!You’d have to agree that polka dots can hardly be called a trend because every year the 50’s polka dots get reinvented and redone in a new retro with a funky and playful twist. And yes, I was drooling over it!
The classic fifties polka dots are making their re-entry into the fashion world with stylish modern twists. We are seeing (and loving) classic polka dots being styled with pops of bright colors for the spring season. Colour Trend : Olive Green
OLIVE GREEN - A beautiful and subtle color that depicts warmth and calmness: OLIVE and is also the fashion color of the month. The olive color lovers don't like violence and are kind heart and cheerful. So, if a color has so many benefits why not making it the fashion color of the month as well?
Colour Trend : Black & Gold
This autumn/winter season is all about edgy glamour, think statement pieces, heavy metal, glitter, studs, sequins and embellishments!
And you can be bold too with this winter’s star colours: Black and Gold.
You can create an array of different looks using these colours, from chic, classical and glamorous to the opposite end of the spectrum, that being dark and edgy. Mixing different textures and patterns will give your look that edge, with upcoming trends and textures this season being leather, faux fur and sequins.
This look can even be worn casually with black and gold jumpers seen cropping up all over the stores this season! The key theme here is metallics, gold tones were most commonly seen on the catwalk this year, however, you can even use a mixture of bronze & silvers to shake the look up a little if your feeling daring.

From chunky necklaces, heavy metal, statement rings and stack bangles you could go crazy, but remember less is more with this look, especially with the colours being so bold together. If you want to go that one step further, why not finish the look by injecting some colour into your makeup? Smokey eyes are a must have with this look and you can even add hints of metallic gold to really finish the look.
